Shipping

  1. SHIPPING METHOD

We take great pride in our superior packing and shipping methods. A great deal of time has been taken to consider possible hazards when shipping delicate works of art.

Prints are rolled face forward in archival safe tissue paper before rolling in Kraft paper. The print is then placed in a heavy-duty Kraft tube with caps on both ends and placed in a USPS branded tri-fold box and taped securely.

Because of these precautions, we have an extraordinarily low damage rate. We package the prints with great care, and it is very unlikely your print will get damaged in transit however; we do ask when opening your package, it is done carefully as damages can occur with rough handling.

 

  1. ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier for all domestic shipments. Shipping rates vary based on location.

First Class Mail (5-10 Business Days)

Priority Mail (3-6 Business Days)

Express Mail (1-3 Business Days)

 

  1. SHIPPING TIME

Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, with the exception of weekends and national holiday’s. 95% of the time, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Priority Mail orders placed after 10am PST will ship the following business day. The cutoff for Express shipments is 12pm PST. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day. We are not responsible for USPS delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. RETURNED & LOST SHIPMENTS

All packages returned to NOCULTR by USPS, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before NOCULTR re-ships the package.

NOCULTR is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report with USPS directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.

 

  1. ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is placed. You can login to the Order Tracking Page on our website and see the current status of your order. Packages can also be tracked via USPS’s tracking service using your tracking number.  Please Note: Sometimes, the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package in route, please be patient.
